Dear Moms & Dads

To all of our moms, dads and grans who kindly gave of your time to help transport our “stars” on Thursday, a
BIG THANK YOU
I know some of you had to take a days leave and I really do appreciate your efforts.

Concert Day

Saturday 7th Nov @ 10h00
NG Kerk Hall
Hocky Street, Northcliff (near Impala Fruit & Veg )

For parents who have not yet bought tickets for the show, they still are on sale in the morning from 7 – 8.30am.  R20 per ticket.

Concert DVD & Photo’s

Should you wish to order these, there is a list on the office window.  Concert photos will be taken on Friday 30th October.  Please could all girls not have high ponytails for the photo day and on the day of the concert.  Certain costumes and graduation caps will not fit correctly.

Concert Costumes and Concert Day

Yours child’s costume will be sent home on Monday 2nd November.  Children must come dressed in their costume on the day of the concert and must be at the hall between 9.00 and 9.30 am
NO SHOES PLEASE & NO PANTIES UNDER THE LEOTARDS.

Please moms and dads your child must be taken back stage and given to a teacher.  Prompt goodbyes really make it much easier for your child.  No parent to stay backstage at all!
Please understand that it is very important to the children and gives them a chance to settle down before they go on stage.  This is their day and we do want them to enjoy it.

Graduation Ceremony

This will take place immediately after the curtain closes.  We ask you to please remain seated for ± 4 mins to give us a chance to change the children.  After the graduation, we invite you to join us for tea and cake in the hall.

Refreshments for the Concert

On the day please could you supply the following:-

Ladybirds –
Cake / biscuits

Yellow Bears –
2 x 2lt cold drink

Green Frogs –
Plate of savoury eats

Blue Dolphins –
Plate of savoury eats.

The children will be catered for backstage.

URGENT !

We need two volunteers to help organize the tea, please speak to me if you can assist.

Graduation Gowns & Photo @ R30

An envelope has been attached for the above.

Christmas Gift @ R60

All Christmas presents have been ordered so Father Christmas can deliver them.  Please return the amount in the envelope provided as soon as possible.

Special Events

Unfortunately ± 14 children have not yet paid money towards our special events program, and although we have already had three events we can’t book the last one as we do not have sufficient funds.  Please check the list in the office to make sure that you have paid.

Carols By Candlelight
Wednesday 2 Dec. on the playground

Please bring your own picnic basket.

Thank you to all the moms and children who spoilt us with the most delicious treats for Diwali and also to the parents who treat us through the year.  We really do get spoilt.

School Fees

All fees must be paid in full by middle / end of November 2009. 

Wishing Wells will close on the 15th December 2009 at 12h00 and will re open on Wednesday 13th January 2010
